TERRITORIAL MUSIC SECRETARY AND NEW YORK STAFF BANDMASTER
We are pleased to announce that Mr. Derek Lance has accepted the position of New York Staff Bandmaster effective September 1, 2016 and Territorial Music Secretary on January 1, 2017. Derek has been a member of the New York Staff Band for 14 years and an employee of the Territorial Music Department for 5 years. Bandmaster Ronald Waiksnoris will be retiring in January 2017 after 44 years of employment including 24 years as New York Staff Bandmaster.
Please join us in wishing Derek well as he prepares to take on new challenging responsibilities, as well as congratulating Ron on a well-earned retirement. We know God will continue to bless the music ministries of The Salvation Army Eastern Territory including the New York Staff Band.
